Conveyor Pipe conveyor is a new type of conveying belt which uses belt carcasses (EP fabric, Steel cord etc.)as skeleton and high elastic, high anti-abrasive and high strength rubber as working surface. They are mainly used in conveying powdery and granular materials etc. that pollute the environment. When working, the rubber belt changes its form from flat to U shape and finally to pipe shape, folding the materials and realizing the process of enclosed conveying. Trough Rollers handle multiple pipe diameters
To accommodate a broad range of pipe diameters and lengths, a "trough" style conveyor with "bow tie" rollers was utilized. Pipes roll onto the conveyor from a storage rack. The saw operator reverses the pipe into the saw, cuts it to length, then conveys it out out of the saw area and into the facility where a series of gravity conveyors take it to staging. Material handling Conveyors and industrial conveyor systems are found in most distribution centers and manufacturing facilities across the globe handling cartons, totes, pallets, components, work-in-process and finished goods. The versatility of steel conveyors provide for the movement of a large variety of materials quickly and efficiently within a facility. Industrial Automation System offers many types of conveying products determined by application and client needs including, A conveyor system is a common piece of mechanical handling equipment that moves materials from one location to another. Conveyors are especially useful in applications involving the transportation of heavy or bulky materials. Conveyor systems allow quick and efficient transportation for a wide variety of materials, which make them very popular in the material handling and packaging industries . Many kinds of conveying systems are available, and are used according to the various needs of different industries. There are chain conveyors (floor and overhead) as well. Chain conveyors consist of enclosed tracks, I-Beam, towline, power & free, and hand pushed trolleys.
